All Choice Rentals Ltd. Acquires Select Equipment Rentals Ltd. in Strategic Equipment Rental Expansion

Drayton Valley– In a major move aimed at solidifying its position as a leader in the equipment rental industry, All Choice Rentals Ltd. (“ACR”) has announced the acquisition of Select Equipment Rentals Ltd (“Select”).

The acquisition represents a significant milestone for All Choice Rentals Ltd., enabling the company to expand its geographic presence. By integrating the strengths of both companies, ACR is poised to deliver even greater value to its customers and partners across Alberta and Western Canada.

Following the acquisition, All Choice Rentals Ltd. and Select Equipment Rentals will remain two separate entities until a transition plan is implemented to ensure minimal disruption for existing customers of Select.
