Donation Request Form

All Choice Rentals Ltd. (ACR) receives hundreds of requests for charitable donations each year. Unfortunately, we cannot respond favorably to every request. To manage our contributions and provide support to as many worthy causes as possible, ACR has developed the following guidelines:

Donation Guidelines:

We ask for at least 30 days’ notice of any donation request. Donations are handled on a first come first service basis.
We can only consider donation requests submitted on this form. We cannot handle requests by phone or at the counter.
Regular rental terms and conditions apply to all donated or discounted equipment, please read the rental contract carefully to prevent any misunderstandings.
Donated or discounted rental equipment does not include: consumable items, 3rd party freight, re-rental equipment, fuel, waste or septic disposal and cleaning.
We must have a credit card on file. You can arrange an alternate form of payment once the equipment is returned.
Donations do not include delivery or set up unless agreed upon previously. Your organization should arrange for pickup & return of all equipment.
Pickup and Returns will be during regular business hours.

Eligibility Requirements

Applications must include the following information:

Charitable registered number
A brief history of your non-profit organization, its purpose, and the significance of its work.
Who benefits from it and the geographic area it services.
Description of project or program for which funding is sought.
Description of what the funds raised will be used for.
Has ACR donated to your organization previously?
How will ACR be recognized for its contribution?

All requests will be evaluated in the context of our budget and only approved donation requests will receive a response. In some cases, where a monetary or in-kind donation is not possible, a discount on equipment may be offered at the sole discretion of ACR. However, in all cases, our decision is final.
